BBELC’s Phase-Shifting Rectifier Transformer for Heavy-Duty EV Charging is a specialized dry type transformer designed for high-power charging infrastructure and industrial electric vehicle applications. Through multi-winding phase-shifting technology, it provides stable power conversion, reduces harmonic distortion, and improves power quality for fast charging systems.

Supports 720V DC bus systems and up to 1200A charging current, enabling ultra-fast charging for heavy-duty electric trucks and commercial vehicles.
Phase-Shifting Transformer Technology
Integrates phase-shifting transformer technology with 12-pulse or 24-pulse rectification to provide stable DC power output and improve charging system performance.
Low Harmonic Power Quality
Advanced phase-shifting design reduces grid harmonic distortion, achieving THDi ≤5% and power factor ≥0.95, minimizing the need for additional harmonic compensation.
10kV/35kV Medium Voltage Connection
Directly connects to 10kV/35kV power grids, replacing traditional step-down transformer plus low-voltage rectifier structures to reduce system complexity and losses.
Customized Charging Solution
Supports flexible configurations for charging capacity, voltage levels, DC bus systems, and battery swap applications to meet different heavy-duty EV requirements.
Routine Testing
Every transformer completes the full routine test sequence in accordance with GB/T 1094.11 and IEC 60076-11 before shipment, and a test report is provided with each delivery.
